ART AND RESTORATION 
EMMANOUIL TZIGKOUNAKIS

Since 2014, I have been offering my services as a freelancer in the field of art and the conservation and restoration of paintings.
I have an artistic background, a Diploma of Expert Technician in Restoration of Paintings obtained at the Institute for Art and Restoration Palazzo Spinelli in Florence, a 1st level Academic Degree in Painting and a recent 2nd Level Academic Degree in Museum education obtained at the Albertina Academy of Fine Arts in Turin and for over 10 years I trained by participating in seminars and mainly in laboratories. The space in which I move professionally is dedicated exclusively to the object called painting, creating a relationship with it through the perspective of the passage of this object in time, which is the past, present and future. The conservation of ancient paintings, the creation of new works and the dissemination of knowledge related to the art of painting fully respond to this relationship.
